Location: Miami, Florida 33186 — 100% Remote Job Type: Full Time Salary: $38,000 - $50,000 per year About The Role We are hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to support our growing HR team with recruitment coordination, onboarding administration, and employee records management. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Miami, Florida. In this role you will be the first point of contact for candidates and new hires, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from application through onboarding. Due to the sensitive nature of employee data handled in this role, a background check and credit screening are required for all HR positions. Responsibilities
Assist with posting job listings across multiple platforms and screening incoming applications
Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee records within the HR information system
Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new hires including document collection, system setup, and orientation scheduling
Process HR paperwork including offer letters, employment contracts, and policy acknowledgment forms
Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, time off, payroll questions, and general HR policies in a timely and professional manner
Support open enrollment activities and assist with benefits administration tasks as needed
Assist with HR reporting, compliance documentation, and internal audits
Requirements
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
Strong organizational skills with a high level of discretion when handling confidential employee information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
Familiarity with HR tools, applicant tracking systems, or HRIS platforms is a plus but not required
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Must pass a pre-employment background check and credit screening — standard for all HR roles
No prior HR experience required — comprehensive paid training is provided from day one
Must be authorized to work in the United States
