Review incoming claims for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility
Enter claim details and assign case numbers in the claims management system
Verify claimant identity and supporting documentation
Track and update claim status at each stage of processing
Communicate decisions and updates to claimants via email and phone
Escalate complex or disputed claims to senior review staff
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Strong attention to detail and case management skills
Comfortable handling sensitive personal and financial documentation
Must pass a pre-employment background check and credit screening
No prior claims experience required — full training provided
Must be authorized to work in the United States
