Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an RF Verification & Automation Test Engineer – Radio Products at Airspan Networks. The engineer will be responsible for designing, executing, and automating test plans and cases to validate radio product performance and functionality. Key responsibilities include performing functional, RF testing and analyzing results, developing test scripts and tools for automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve testing processes. The engineer will contribute to the reliability and quality of cutting-edge 5G radio products. Qualifications
Experience in Test Engineering, including test planning and execution
Proficiency in Test Cases development and execution
Hands-on experience with Testing and Functional Testing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively
Familiarity with RF technologies and 5G networks is a plus
Experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, MATLAB) is advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote setup
