Receives children and patrons, facilitating registration, fee collection, patron contract preparation and orientation, classroom scheduling and associated functions. Financial and cash accounting; Computes, collects, and records patron fees. Follows up on account deficiencies. Prepares and transports daily deposit; Determines patrons' fee categories in accordance with Department of Defense guidelines. Inputs employee schedules, verifies hours and generates NAF and APF payroll and associated financial reports. Requirements

Recruitment Knowledge Skills And Abilities
1. Knowledge of Child and Youth Programs and procedures to perform such duties as providing specific information about Child and Youth Programs, referring phone calls and visitors, preparing reports, etc.
2. Knowledge of cash handling techniques and procedures.
3. Knowledge of word processing automation software functions to support office operations and produce a variety of textual and database documents. Skill of a qualified typist with a minimum of 40 wpm proficiency required.
4. Knowledge of common clerical practices and office routines.
5. Knowledge of security regulations and procedures.
6. Knowledge of basic rules of grammar, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, standard abbreviations, and of format and clerical procedures to arrange a variety of material from different sources.
7. Ability to interpret and apply DoD, Air Force and local policies and directives in order to carry out and coordinate many different procedures such as those required in registrations, collection of fees, maintaining office files, obtaining supplies, preparing various recurring reports, etc.
8. Skill in meeting and dealing with people of diverse social, national, cultural and occupational backgrounds and the ability to effectively and courteously communicate in both written and spoken form.
