Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics (Guest Services) professional located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The role involves guest services, coordinating logistics for in-flight catering, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Daily tasks include overseeing logisics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of catering services, handling client inquiries, and supporting our Guest Services Team.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in attention to detail skills, with an ability to coordinate and oversee logistical operations
- Analytical Skills for problem-solving and efficient decision-making in a fast-paced environment
- Fundamental understanding of time-sensitive reactive scenarios.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment with a focus on delivering excellent service
- Prior experience in the aviation or catering industries is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or customer service are advantageous.
