About the role
Job Description: Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategic goals.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive business performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Lead and mentor department managers to ensure seamless coordination and execution across all functions.
Collaborate with senior leadership to plan and execute business growth initiatives.
Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure operational excellence and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with company standards, legal regulations, and safety requirements.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Proven experience in a senior operations or management role, preferably within a fast-paced organization.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP or project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
