About the role
This is a leadership position at AdvanceTEC. Construction Managers are the "boots on the ground" on our project sites. Project Managers lead, guide and mentor Site Superintendents, Foremen, and Project Engineers. We are looking for candidates with clean room, industrial/commercial construction experience.
This position will require travel to active project client sites. Project sites are typically located on the east coast of the United Sates but may be located in other regions in the US (i.e. Midwest, Southeast, West) or Canada based on ideal client projects that AdvanceTEC pursues and secures.
The Good Stuff!
We cover 100% of the cost of your dental insurance, 100% of your long term disability premium, 100% of your short term disability premium, 100% of your life insurance premium. You will pay $100 per month for your Anthem PPO medical insurance (employee only plan). We contribute 3% of your salary to your 401k plan and up to 10% of your salary at the end of the year. In addition, you are eligible for an annual bonus, tuition reimbursement, gym membership reimbursement, AAA membership reimbursement, and 15 days of PTO in your first year.
