Key Requirements
- Experience with Access Control and CCTV/IP Video Systems
- Hands-on experience with Genetec (preferred)
- Experience with Genetec and AXIS tools
- Strong knowledge of security system integration and federation
- Genetec certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and implement physical security systems, including:
- Access control
- CCTV / video surveillance
- Intrusion detection
- IoT-based security systems
- Configure and maintain integrated security platforms
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for security systems
- Debug issues across applications, databases, OS, and networks
- Work with database teams, network teams, and third-party vendors
- Support new system rollouts and improve existing systems
- Prepare status reports, meeting notes, and outage/change communications
Required Skills
- Strong experience in:
- Card access systems
- Integrated security systems
- Video surveillance systems
- IT infrastructure related to security
- Good troubleshooting and programming skills
- Ability to train and support team members
