Identify and escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate team promptly
Deliver a consistently warm and professional patient experience in every chat
Follow all company communication guidelines and service quality standards
Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols at all times
