Deliver functional assessments and person-centred therapy plans
Support clients to build independence and reduce environmental barriers
Work across clinic, home and community settings
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Contribute to a service that continues to evolve and grow

About You
Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
NDIS Worker Screening & WWCC
Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
Passion for person-centred, evidence-based practice
