The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with banking stakeholders, shaping platform capabilities, supporting solution discussions, and translating complex customer requirements into scalable and reusable product features.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and platform capability development
- Engage directly with bank customers and prospects to understand business, compliance, and operational needs
- Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and product discussions with enterprise stakeholders
- Partner with sales and solution teams during PoCs, pilot programs, and early-stage engagements
- Translate customer requirements into scalable platform solutions rather than one-off customizations
- Work closely with engineering, architecture, and implementation teams to deliver high-impact banking solutions
- Ensure platform capabilities align with regulatory, audit, and enterprise banking requirements
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Platform Product Leadership, or Solution/Product Strategy
- Strong experience delivering software platforms or enterprise SaaS solutions into US banks or financial institutions
- Experience participating in:
- Bank discovery sessions
- Architecture and solution workshops
- PoCs and pilot engagements
- Deep understanding of:
- Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
- Regulatory and audit requirements
- Enterprise banking change management processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
