About the role

Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage daily performance across channels including, but not limited to: SEM, programmatic, display remarketing, paid social media, affiliate and retail media platforms to deliver on campaign goals and KPIs aligned to business outcomes (e.g., ROAS, sales, NTB).
  • Support leadership by proposing and managing performance improvements that drive incremental revenue and retail performance across both open web and retail media ecosystems.
  • Utilize analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across retailer touchpoints and digital shelf environments, identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure the development, execution, tracking, and reporting of media campaigns is on-time and on-goal.
  • Identify areas of saturation and points of diminishing returns within audiences and platforms and recommend solutions to maximize return on ad spend.
  • Work with the Measurement team to continually improve the media measurement planning and reporting process including retail media attribution methodologies and platform reporting (e.g., AMC, Scintilla, 84.51° where applicable).
  • Understand and effectively communicate synergies across content, media activations and performance outcomes to client partners.
  • Maintain media budgets and provide guidance on reallocation of funds across digital platforms and channels when needed.
  • Manage media IOs and POs to ensure partners are paid accurately and on time.
  • Ensure all media tagging is correctly executed with support vendors and measurement team within DCM and GA.
  • Oversee activations executed by junior team members to drive customer acquisition and greatest return on investment.
  • Compile client research, competitive data and digital landscape information to share with broader client team on ongoing basis.
  • Research emerging digital platforms and communications strategies to support client recommendations.
  • Stay current. Though your research and practice, stay ahead of the latest updates regarding tools, techniques and methods related to digital and retail media.

Qualifications
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–3 years of prior experience in performance-led digital marketing with exposure to retail media or commerce media environments strongly preferred
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic (including Display, Video, Native, Audio) and Retail Media Network experience (e.g., Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Kroger, Target Roundel) desired
  • Understanding of retail media KPIs (ROAS, NTB, share of shelf, conversion rate) and attribution differences across retailer platforms is a plus
  • Working knowledge of excel for data mining/management, platform budgeting and planning.
