Responsibilities
- 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience supporting network technologies especially Extreme Switches, Extreme Wireless, Extreme NAC Control, and SDWAN.
- Proficient knowledge in routing protocol eg OSPF, BGP, ISIS, switching, Wireless, and SDWAN.
- Experience in Azure Networking and troubleshooting.
- Possess analytical skills in resolving network issues with advanced troubleshooting and coordination with support teams and vendors.
- Experience in using monitoring tools to assist with incident management to identify actionable incidents.
- Experience in executing complex network changes along with change requests from service teams in a large enterprise network as per established change management policy.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, technical knowledge of client-server and Internet concepts and techniques.
- Excellent oral and written technical and interpersonal communication skills, highly motivated and self-starter.
- Experience in ServiceNow, SolarWinds tools is preferred.
