ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an outbound Sales Development Representative role reporting directly to the CEO. Your job is to fill the top of the funnel with qualified Discovery calls — 30-minute conversations between qualified prospects and the CEO.

A Discovery call is our entry point with every new prospect. Free, 30 minutes, run by the CEO. It introduces our four service lines and identifies which combination fits where the prospect is going.

From a Discovery, follow-ups take one of two paths depending on what surfaces in the conversation. Secure IT engagements are productized — three tiers, per-user pricing, direct tier-fit proposal with no further scoping needed. Caleb, Prism, or Forge engagements start with a Blueprint — a paid engagement that produces a complete, contract-ready statement of work covering scope, technical specifications, fixed cost, and project plan. The Blueprint IS the contract; build starts when the prospect signs.

A single Discovery can produce follow-ups across any combination of these — Secure IT plus a Blueprint, multiple Blueprints across service lines, or any mix.

You are not closing. You are not running Discovery calls. You're building the qualified pipeline that powers the company.

You'll work in a modern, AI-augmented stack: Apollo for prospecting, Kixie power dialer for high-throughput outbound calling, Instantly for email sequencing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator for social outreach, and Microsoft Bookings for scheduling Discovery calls directly into the CEO's calendar. An AI-generated discovery brief is delivered to the CEO before every Discovery call — so the work you book lands on a CEO ready to run it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run high-volume outbound across our target metros — power-dialing for conversations, not just dials. Run multi-touch sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Curate Accelera's prospect list. We pull the lists; you sharpen and refine our database through every disposition, engagement signal, and conversation. The list gets better the longer you work it.

Book qualified Discovery calls with the CEO. Hit a ramped monthly performance bar — 10 qualified Discoveries in Month 1, 15 in Month 2, 20+ from Month 3 forward.

Participate in weekly 1:1 (Mondays) and weekly call review (Thursdays) with the CEO.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

1–3 years of B2B outbound SDR or sales development experience. MSP, SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI-adjacent background a plus, not required.

Comfort with power-dialer rhythm. The steady-state floor is approximately 120 live conversations per week, and you're measured on conversations and qualified bookings, not raw dials.

A real qualification mindset. You'd rather book 12 great Discoveries than 25 mediocre ones.

Clear, professional written and spoken communication. Self-direction in a remote environment.

Curiosity about AI, cybersecurity, and how technology actually delivers business outcomes. You don't have to be technical, but you do have to be interested.

Based in the United States, any timezone.

WHAT WE OFFER

Base salary of $50,000 per year, plus uncapped variable compensation: $150 per qualified Discovery you book. $500 per Blueprint sold from a Discovery you sourced. 50% of first-month MRR on any close from a Discovery you sourced — Secure IT, Caleb, Prism support retainer, or any other recurring revenue. 10% on Prism and Forge project fees from a Discovery you sourced.

OTE at steady-state performance is $110,000. High performers materially more. Uncapped — your ceiling is your activity multiplied by your conversion.
