Essential Functions:
- Assist the Physical Therapist in planning and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services under PT supervision
- Accurately document resident progress and communicate updates to the rehab team
- Promote resident engagement and well-being through effective therapeutic interventions
What We’re Looking For:
- Current Pennsylvania PTA license
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience in long-term care or a rehab setting is a plus
