About the role
accel bi is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology modernization, GIS, enterprise systems, and digital transformation initiatives for public-sector and infrastructure-focused clients. This role will be responsible for overall project leadership, stakeholder coordination, schedule and resource management, quality oversight, and successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary engagements.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing projects involving enterprise applications, GIS, system integration, workflow modernization, and public-sector delivery environments .

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution from planning through delivery and transition
- Manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, and reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technical, and client stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project governance, status communication, and issue resolution
- Support task planning, milestone tracking, quality management, and deliverable oversight
- Ensure alignment of technical work with business needs, operational priorities, and client expectations
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, decision-making, and project documentation
- Support successful implementation, adoption, and transition of delivered solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Project Manager leading enterprise technology or public-sector modernization initiatives
- Strong background in project planning, stakeholder management, delivery governance, and risk management
- Familiarity with GIS, enterprise applications, asset management, ECM, workflow automation, or system integration environments
- Experience working with public-sector, utility, transportation, or infrastructure organizations is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and organizational skills
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
