**Role Description**

This full-time Transformational Leadership & Growth Partner role is an on-site position based in Escondido, CA. The role involves driving innovative growth strategies, fostering relationships, and facilitating leadership and personal development initiatives. This includes leveraging growth hacking strategies, managing projects, developing sales initiatives, and effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders. The position requires a dynamic individual passionate about empowering others while contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data to support strategic decisions

- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively present ideas and engage with team members and clients

- Experience in Growth Hacking and developing innovative strategies to drive organizational growth

- Proven success in Sales, with an ability to articulate value propositions and build client relationships

- Strong Project Management skills, including organizing, prioritizing, and executing tasks efficiently

- High level of emotional intelligence, confidence, and self-leadership

- An entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in personal development, leadership education, or a related field is an asset
