What We’re Looking For
Experience selling into multi-site retail, healthcare, or facilities management
Demonstrated ability to close new business (not just manage accounts)
Comfortable working independently and owning a number
Strong communication skills with senior-level buyers
Compensation
Base salary + uncapped commission
Earnings scale directly with production

Proven expertise in New Business Development and Business Planning
Experience in Account Management with a focus on client retention and satisfaction
Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management abilities
A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Familiarity with the facilities management, healthcare, or retail industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
