Role Description
We’re hiring a business development lead to win new accounts.
This is a hunter role :
  • Build your own pipeline
  • Open doors with target accounts
  • Run the sales process end-to-end
  • Close new business

You’ll be selling into facilities leaders who have seen every version of this pitch before. The expectation is that you can differentiate and close.

  • Faster vendor pay → better field performance
  • A proprietary operating platform that improves execution, not just reporting
  • A 25+ year track record with long-term clients

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience selling into multi-site retail, healthcare, or facilities management
  • Demonstrated ability to close new business (not just manage accounts)
  • Comfortable working independently and owning a number
  • Strong communication skills with senior-level buyers

Compensation
  • Base salary + uncapped commission
  • Earnings scale directly with production

Location
Columbus, OH (on-site, market-facing role)

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Business Planning
  • Experience in Account Management with a focus on client retention and satisfaction
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management abilities
  • A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Familiarity with the facilities management, healthcare, or retail industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
