Job Summary Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in HR systems. The role focuses on supporting HR technology initiatives, including HRIS systems, payroll, and employee lifecycle processes. Key Responsibilities
Gather requirements for HR systems and processes
Analyze workflows related to recruitment, onboarding, and payroll
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams
Support HR system implementations and enhancements
Create documentation and user stories
Participate in testing and validation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field
Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience
Experience in HR systems or HR domain
Strong communication and analytical skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS
Knowledge of HR processes and compliance
Familiarity with reporting tools
