Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience
- Experience in retail/e-commerce domain
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts
