We are seeking a strong, hands-on Hospitality & Housekeeping Manager to lead and elevate housekeeping and laundry operations across both Assisted Living and Memory Care. Bilingual communication skills in both English and Spanish are strongly preferred for this role, as this position is responsible for clearly communicating standards, expectations, training, and operational direction across a diverse team. This is a highly visible operational leadership role responsible for setting standards, building accountability, developing team members, and ensuring the community consistently reflects the elevated experience we strive to provide for residents and families. Position Overview
Oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations throughout the community
Ensure resident rooms and common areas consistently meet elevated cleanliness standards
Lead staff scheduling, training, accountability, and operational execution
Support infection control, sanitation, and survey readiness efforts
Maintain organized, efficient, and residentfocused housekeeping systems
Key Responsibilities
Lead housekeeping operations across Assisted Living and Memory Care
Conduct inspections and reinforce detailed cleaning expectations
Oversee resident laundry and inhouse laundering of dining linens
Address resident and family concerns professionally and proactively
Manage department scheduling and staffing coverage
Provide coaching, training, and accountability to housekeeping staff
Ensure compliance with AHCA, Department of Health, and community standards
Promote professionalism, organization, and operational efficiency
