Qualifications
- Experience with permitting processes, including reviewing and preparing applications in compliance with regulations.
- Knowledge of architectural and engineering design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with professionals in these fields.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills for maintaining detailed project records and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience working in residential construction or home inspection services is a plus.
