Process prescription orders and ensure completeness and accuracy.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
Manage inventory and restock medications as needed.
Follow all state and federal regulations regarding pharmacy practices.
Answer and direct phone calls appropriately.
Process all sales transactions with operation of cash register.
Direct customers to the appropriate pharmacy staff for prescription-related or OTC inquiries.
