**Required Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or closely related discipline, or demonstrated proven equivalent experience.

- 7 to 10 years of relevant post-education experience as a certified high voltage lineman or substation wireman, and/or Professional Project Management (PMP) certification or equivalent.

- Lineman or qualified construction manager experienced in high voltage transmission line systems from foundations to wire stringing, and access road routing and laydown location planning.

**What you’ll do:**

- Support the Construction Manager in daily oversight of site operations for running track and athletic surface installations

- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics to maintain project schedules

- Monitor construction progress and assist in resolving on-site challenges proactively

- Ensure job site safety protocols are followed at all times

- Assist with documentation, including daily reports, material tracking, RFIs, and quality checks

- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams

- Travel to various job sites across the region or country as needed up to 50%

**What you need for success:**

- 2+ years of experience in construction or site supervision (experience with sports surfacing preferred)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools a plus
