We're currently seeking **a Vice President of Manufacturing Operatio **ns to lead all aspects of our production operations — from chassis receipt and module fabrication through final unit delivery. This role owns production throughput, labor utilization, shop floor efficiency, safety, and the delivery of quality products that Frazer's customers depend on. The VP of Manufacturing Operations is an approachable, collaborative leader who maintains an open door, empowers supervisory teams, and delegates with confidence to drive results at every level of the organization.
