**Essential Functions**

- Evaluates patients, gathering data from the patient, physician, interdisciplinary team meetings if available, family and significant other persons and data sources.

- Develops treatment plans which integrate with the continuum of care and have specific goals and objectives.

- Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to treat and provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned caseload.

- Demonstrates the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient’s requirements relative to their age-specific needs, and to provide the care needed as delineated in the departmental policies and procedures.

- Demonstrates competency in the use, care and maintenance of profession specific equipment, observing safety precautions and providing verbal explanations of the equipment and its purpose.

- Re-evaluates and modifies treatment plan and goals when appropriate, and prepares written documentation as required by the department, and the care team.

- Recognizes and communicates when the patient has received optimal benefit from therapy.

- Ensures complete documentation and accurate billing.

- Adheres to State Practice Act and Standards of Practice.

- Provides patient/family education as indicated.

- Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

- Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures

- Participates in Performance Improvement, program development, student supervision, assigned committees, safety and infection control, as required.

- Demonstrates an awareness of legal issues, patient right and compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies.

- Attends rehabilitation meetings, in-services, and any patient care meetings that are required for the assignment.

- Practices efficient use and selection of supplies and equipment.

- Instructs support personnel in their duties as necessary.

**Education/Training**

- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an approved program in occupational therapy.

**Licensure/Certification**

- Maintains current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Florida-temporary permit acceptable.

- Maintains current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.

Prepares all hot food items for both patient and non-patient food services, following all production plans and recipes as assigned by the

Executive Chef, Food & Nutrition Supervisor or Production Leader.

 Assists as needed in tray assembly, preparing of special diet needs (puree meals, supplements or non-patient services.

 Knows basic food preparation techniques including receiving, storing, preparation and holding of food items.

 Demonstrates a working knowledge of food service sanitation and practices infection control procedures. Is familiar with all practices

and procedures of the HAACP guidelines and adheres to them.

 Communicates proper information regarding patient, non-patient or department needs to the Executive Chef, Food and Nutrition

Supervisor, Group Leaders and peers of the food service team.

 Demonstrates a willingness to help on work that needs to be done, will help in other areas of the kitchen when necessary (i.e.,

cold prep, bakery, store room, café serving line, dish room or tray line.)

**Role Description **

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Race Director. The Race Director will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing successful events from start to finish. This includes course design and management, budgeting, vendor management, volunteer coordination, and day-of event management. The Race Director will also work closely with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

**Qualifications **

- 2+ Years Endurance Sports Experience (Do Not Apply Without This)

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Experience in event planning and execution

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Knowledge of event technology and software such as RunSignup, Chronotrack, and others

- Experience in course design and management

- Budgeting and finance experience

- Creative problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or related field

The Director, Indirect Sourcing – General (Travel & Mobility) is a senior enterprise leader responsible for developing and executing global sourcing strategies across broad indirect categories, including Travel & Mobility, Corporate Services, Facilities & MRO, Professional Services, Marketing & Communications, and other general indirect spend areas. This leader partners directly with senior executives across HR, Finance, Facilities, Legal, Operations, Corporate Travel, and site leadership teams to optimize spend, elevate supplier performance, mitigate risk, drive operational efficiencies, and build robust category governance. The Director serves as the enterprise authority on general indirect categories—shaping policy, improving service delivery, and leading high-impact supplier negotiations and consolidation strategies.

- Develop and own the global indirect sourcing strategy for general categories including Travel, Mobility, Facilities, Corporate Services, and Professional Services.

- Drive enterprise-wide strategic planning, category roadmaps, and multi‑year sourcing initiatives aligned to business objectives.

- Influence senior leadership on procurement governance, spend optimization, supplier risk, and demand management.

- Partner with Legal, Finance, EHS, and Corporate Travel to drive contracting excellence—ensuring strong commercial protections and performance guarantees.

- Establish governance frameworks, renewal calendars, and supplier intake processes to maintain sourcing discipline.

- Optimize enterprise risk management across safety, insurance, data privacy, service levels, and sustainability.

**Supplier Relationship & Performance Management**

- Build and lead an SRM framework for priority suppliers across travel, facilities, corporate services, and professional services.

- Drive executive business reviews, KPI performance, service improvement plans, and innovation initiatives.

- Ensure suppliers meet CONMED’s expectations for service, safety, sustainability, and compliance.

**Operational Excellence & Process Leadership**

- Strengthen procurement governance, intake workflows, and enterprise policies.

- Establish playbooks, process documentation, and analytics dashboards to enhance visibility and decision-making.

- Lead programs to reduce supplier fragmentation, standardize services, and improve operational efficiency.

- Support and influence major transformation efforts such as site strategy, professional services optimization, and travel modernization.

**Qualifications**

**Required**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Operations, or related field.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in indirect sourcing, with significant leadership experience across General Indirect and Travel & Mobility categories.

**Preferred**

- Experience in medical device, healthcare, or other regulated environments.

- MBA or professional certifications (CPSM, CIPS, GBTA, CPP).

- Background in global travel program management, facilities operations, mobility/relocation, or corporate services.

- Experience supporting corporate consolidation, outsourcing, or major transformation programs.

- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide sourcing strategies and major negotiations.

- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership across multiple functions.

**Compensation**

Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $150,900 to $234,100. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
