**Administrative Assistant (Contract)**

**Summary**

This position offers an opportunity to provide high-level administrative and operational support to a dynamic product management organization. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who excels at managing complex schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for partners and leadership. Working in a fast-paced hybrid environment, you will serve as a critical liaison and organizational hub, handling everything from calendar management and event coordination to onboarding processes and team communications. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Manage complex calendars and inbox communications for leadership and team members

- Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up activities

- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for team members

- Arrange travel itineraries and process business expense reports

- Maintain organizational hygiene including alias management, headcount tracking, and access permissions

- Coordinate team communications and ensure information flows effectively across the organization

- Plan and execute events from conception through completion

- Manage procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, and reference materials

- Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate facility operations

- Serve as the primary departmental contact for internal and external stakeholders

- Complete special projects as assigned by leadership

**Requirements**

- Minimum 5 years of experience with calendaring and scheduling in a professional role

- Minimum 5 years of experience with Office 365, specifically Outlook

- Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating events through the complete lifecycle from start to finish

- Demonstrated experience providing administrative support to senior leaders

- Advanced proficiency in calendar and schedule management

- Expert-level knowledge of Office 365, particularly Outlook

- Strong event coordination and project management capabilities

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

- Professional demeanor when interacting with senior leadership and external partners

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules

**Additional Details**

- Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid: 3 days/week)

- Duration: 2 months

- Pay Range*: $30 - $34 per hour

- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours

- Job Status: Non-Exempt
