**The Opportunity**

The Administrative Manager, Labor and Employment Law Program (LEL) is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of LEL’s programmatic activities, overseeing operational and financial needs to ensure that goals are met. This position is also responsible for managing administration of all projects under the LEL program (NYS Cannabis Workforce Initiative (CWI), Criminal Justice and Employment Initiative (CJEI), NYC Government and Community Relations, High Road NYC, and Employee Relations Professional Programs).

- Ensuring that systems and procedures are implemented to accomplish program milestones

- Developing annual and grant budgets

**We Require These Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience

- Three to four years of experience in operations and finance management, program administration and development, budgeting, customer service, event planning, and marketing
