**Key Responsibilities**

- Administrative Support

- Manages, monitors and ensures executives’ appointments and meeting schedules are met without conflicts.

- Receives and analyzes executive’s incoming e-mails and phone calls for prioritization and potential independent action.

- Supports Executives and their direct reports with administrative tasks.

- Administers and coordinates reservations and travel arrangements for executives’ and their direct reports’ attendance at conferences, seminars and meetings, including airline, hotel and car reservations. Obtains discounted rates and special fares whenever possible. Prepares and submits corporate Visa and personal expense reimbursement forms, including mileage reports.

- Acts as a backup to other executive assistants when necessary.

- Manages Business Development meetings and processes including but not limited to ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are populated, coded correctly, and are documented/recorded timely on spreadsheets.

- Collects Engagement, Exit, and Onboarding Survey data results and prepares them for analysis and review.

- Responsible for managing the Training Database including but not limited to recording attendance at Learning & Development programs, compiling reports, and other duties as assigned.

- Responsible for assisting with New Hire Orientation and entry level onboarding tasks.

- Manage New Hire Orientation: Logistics, Scheduling, and Onsite Support.

- Handles meeting preparations and attends various onsite and offsite meetings including a variety of teams and committees. Preparations include preparing agendas, distributing meeting invitations, securing meeting room, confirming attendance, coordinating catering, recording and transcribing minutes for executive review.

- Responsible for keeping all related printed and electronic documents and websites utilized by executives and the Board, current, secure, and confidential.

- Composes, types and proofreads a wide variety of communications including interoffice memorandums and emails, correspondence, and other Credit Union documents, frequently confidential in nature.

- Ensures the accuracy and integrity of data entered into various systems and databases, maintaining meticulous attention to detail to prevent errors.

- Provides research for complex issues and presents findings in an organized fashion.

- Provides suggestions where possible for cost/efficiency improvements to enhance productivity.

- Utilizes authorized AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to automate routine tasks such as drafting communications, summarizing reports, taking meeting minutes, and organizing data.

**Education And/or Experience**

Associates’ Degree or five to seven years related experience; with at least three years providing support to executive level management; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven administrative skills and operation of a personal computer and other office equipment. Experience in a Credit Union environment strongly preferred. While this level of expertise will generally be attained with a minimum of three years in a previous executive assistant role and High School Diploma/GED. Must have experience working with an Enterprise System i.e. ADP, Salesforce, FinancialEdge, etc. Priority will be place upon the demonstration of the ability to meet qualifications without an absolute focus on duration of experience, in recognition that the attainment of such qualifications may be obtained at different paces by different individuals.

Ability to operate a personal computer with a high level of proficiency in such software applications as PowerPoint processing, spreadsheets, Internet and Email. Ability to operate a fax, calculator and copier.

Under the direction of the Billing Manager, this individual is responsible for producing biweekly claims; processing and balancing remittance advices (Explanations of Benefits) received with payments to update the accounts receivable sub-ledgers; printing reports; and filing billing and remittance records as required.

**Essential Functions**

The responsibilities of the Claims Billing Specialist include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Processes claims; generates claims as either paper billings or electronic files.

- Receives and sorts incoming payments with attention to accuracy.

- Manages the status of accounts and balances and identifies inconsistencies.

- Issues invoices, bills, and receipts.

- Updates the account database with new accounts or missed payments.

- Processes remittances received from payers so that open claims are updated as paid or denied under dollar control.

**Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities**

- Unloads, receives and puts away incoming product, goods, tools and/or equipment; unpacks bales, crates, and other containers; checks for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.

- Accurately sorts, labels, moves and stores items; places material or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, style, or product codes; arranges storage to optimize crib space.

- Issues product, goods, tools and/or equipment to site employees; documents and maintains accurate records for issued and returned items.

- Enters data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records; retrieves stored information to respond to inquiries (e.g., inventory levels or delivery schedules.); documents discrepancies on an error log and seeks management advice on appropriate corrective action.

- Requests requisitions to replenish inventory.

- Assists with inventory level maintenance; performs cycle counts and prepares report results.

- Inspects and measures tools/equipment for defects, wear and tear and reports damage or wear to supervisors.

- Prepares periodic inventory or maintains perpetual inventory of supplies and equipment.

- Delivers tools or equipment to associate work locations.

- Investigates and locates lost or misplaced equipment or safety supplies.

- May repairs, services and lubricates tools and equipment as required.

- Performs other related duties as requested.

Shift hours: Sunday – Thursday 11:00pm to 7:30am

**Job Qualifications**

High school diploma or equivalent coupled with 3+ months relevant experience and/or training.

**Relevant Experience And/or Aptitude Should Include**

- Loading, unloading, picking, packing or moving goods in a warehouse environment; forklift / cherry picker experience preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work orders, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency and/or a demonstrated technical aptitude to learn; preferred technical skills to include but not limited to MS-Office products, Vista, Control, SX.e, Prophet 21.

- Demonstration of basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units to measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals); ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent preferred.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated to accomplish assigned tasks and goals.

- Demonstration of attention to detail and is safety minded.

The HR Business Partner is a **strategic individual contributor ** who provides human resources leadership to key business initiatives. This role is responsible for supporting senior leaders to drive the talent agenda, build organizational capability and manage large change and org initiatives to ensure high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Drive the talent agenda

- Lead the execution of talent strategies across a business segment, ensuring alignment with the Talent COE, broader organizational goals and long-term workforce needs.

- Embed RTX values into HR programs to drive culture, engagement & leadership development.

Manage change and initiatives

- Oversee large-scale organizational effectiveness programs that enhance employee experience, enable high performing teams & drive business results. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure enterprise-level impact.

- Lead organizational design initiatives for multiple business units or functions, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.

- Advise senior leaders on workforce optimization, including role rationalization, succession planning & talent development. Partner with finance and business leaders to assess the cost and impact of structural changes.

- Drive engagement, guiding leaders through complex reorganizations while mitigating employee impact.

Build organizational capability

- Identify & implement initiatives that strengthen organizational capabilities across multiple teams or regions.

- Provide coaching, mentorship and facilitation to cultivate high-performing teams capable of navigating challenges and change. Ability to influence and guide business leader decision-making within their business unit.
