Are you a creative storyteller who thrives at the intersection of brand building and digital engagement? We are looking for a proactive specialist to bridge the gap between traditional real estate marketing and cutting-edge tech innovation, leveraging tools like Canva and advanced social analytics to drive growth across multiple high-profile brands.

**The Role**

-  Lead multi-channel social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to amplify brand visibility for both established properties and a growing tech startup.

-  Spearhead online reputation management by monitoring and responding to reviews on Google and specialized rental platforms to maintain a 5-star digital footprint.

-  Create high-impact digital content and promotional materials using Canva, ensuring brand consistency across websites, listing platforms like Zillow, and marketing collateral.

-  Coordinate logistics and digital outreach for industry trade shows, conferences, and resident engagement events to foster community and industry authority.

-  Drive data-backed decisions by tracking KPIs, social engagement metrics, and lead volume through monthly performance reports and optimization recommendations.

**What You'll Need**

-  3-5+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Communications, or Social Media Management with a proven track record of managing multiple brands.

-  Expertise in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and design platforms (Canva) to produce professional-grade digital assets.

-  Strong technical proficiency in managing digital listings on platforms like Zillow and familiarity with CRM systems or marketing automation tools.

-  Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with a talent for professional community engagement and reputation management.

-  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is highly preferred, as is experience within the PropTech or hospitality sectors.
