Underdogs is a full-service creative and marketing agency rooted in Cleveland. We build brands, move culture, and show up for our clients in ways that actually matter. We're looking for a hybrid Social Media Manager and UGC Content Creator — someone who can own a brand's presence end-to-end.

You think in strategy and execute with a camera. You write captions that land, shoot content that converts, and know what's trending before it trends.

You must be based in Cleveland. There is no remote option for this role.

**SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT **

- Own and manage social accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and relevant platforms for Underdogs clients

- Build and execute content calendars aligned to brand strategy and campaign goals

- Write copy — captions, hooks, CTAs — that sounds like the brand, not a template

- Manage community engagement: comments, DMs, replies — on-brand and on time

- Track performance metrics and turn data into real optimizations, not just reports

- Stay sharp on algorithm shifts, cultural moments, and platform behavior changes

- Collaborate directly with the Underdogs team on briefs, strategy, and client deliverables

**UGC CONTENT CREATION **

- Produce authentic, scroll-stopping content across food, brand, and lifestyle verticals

- Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video and photo — primarily Reels and TikTok

- Capture on-location content across Cleveland: restaurants, activations, brand environments

- Adapt to brand guidelines while keeping content feeling real, not scripted

- Deliver polished, ready-to-post assets on brief and on time, every time

**YOU BRING **

- Proven experience managing social accounts beyond your own page

- A portfolio or handle that shows real results

- Fluency in CapCut, Reels, Adobe, TikTok native editing, and basic photo tools

- Strong copy instincts — concise, on-brand, punchy

- Trend intuition, not just trend awareness

- Dependability — you show up and follow through
