**Basic Qualifications**

- Juris Doctorate from US accredited law school

**Principal Duties **

Legal Advisory & Support

- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to enterprise Business Units and Functions on employment law, contracts, emergent legislation, and regulatory matters.

Contracts & Grants

Policy & Compliance

- Evaluate and revise corporate policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with evolving legal standards.

**Requirements **

- Must have Juris Doctor degree and be in current good standing with a state bar association.

- 4 years of legal or regulatory experience with direct client contact.
