Answer phone calls from citizens with questions about zoning of property, zoning violations, and flood hazard areas. Works with Development services and Economic Development when needed. Provides customer service at the front counter when needed. Must be able to meet tight deadlines. Must be able to manage project groups consisting of all levels of the organization. Able to communicate clear and concise expectations in group settings. Able to set direction and delegate responsibilities when working with large groups.
