As our Cashier you will perform cashiering and customer service duties in retail areas including any coffee carts or areas. You will provide accurate cash collection and high quality customer service to all customers. You will be maintaining all assigned stations, keeping them clean, well-stocked, and attractive at all times. Barista experience a plus!

Hours for this opportunity are fulltime 40 hours per week; **shifts are 8 hours and generally run between the hours of 3pm to 11:30pm **and does include weekends/holidays. Training, first 2 weeks, would be 11:30am-8pm. Plus you will enjoy an additional $1/hour flat rate weekend shift differential and an additional 18% night shift differential for hours past 9pm if applicable.

Banner - University Medical Center South is a comprehensive academic medical center that includes an Emergency department, a state-designated trauma center and a Behavioral Health Pavilion. We are an Arizona Department of Health Services-accredited Cardiac Receiving Center and a Nurses Improving Care for Health system Elders-designated senior-friendly hospital. **Position Summary**

This position performs cashiering and customer service duties in retail areas to provide accurate revenue collection and to assist in providing high quality customer service to customers.

**Core Functions**

-  Accurately records all sales in the Point of Sale System; transacts payments with customers.

-  Stores, counts, deposits and maintains register cash and receivables in accordance with the policies and procedures of the facility.

-  Maintains all assigned stations, keeping them clean, well-stocked, and attractive at all times.

-  Provides service to customers, meeting standards and guidelines. Responds to customer complaints and assists with problem resolution.

-  May perform cleaning, stocking, sign maintenance and other duties as assigned.

-  This position is in contact with patients, other food service department personnel, hospital staff, visitors and families. This position must have excellent customer service skills and be able to resolve customer issues at the point of contact.

**Minimum Qualifications**

This position requires effective interpersonal communication skills, a friendly customer service attitude and the ability to accurately calculate and count change rapidly and repetitively. Good reading, writing and math skills. Must be able to learn food handling regulations and pass certification tests as required.

Requires the ability to learn Point of Sale cash register system, beverage brewing and/or dispensing equipment and cleaning equipment.

**Position Summary**

CVS Aetna has an opportunity available for a full time Customer Service Representative in the Behavioral Health team. This role provides advocate care to assist the member with a clear path to care, claims understanding and resolution and educates the member with online resources. The Customer Service Representative guides the member through their members plan of benefits, Aetna policy and procedures as well as having knowledge of resources to comply with any regulatory guidelines.

**Position Overview**
