We are looking for a Management Systems Assessment, ISO Assessor who is responsible for providing expertise and knowledge in ISO management systems activities for the company and delivering to objectives supporting ISO certification. This is a position where the candidate must be able to work independently in a team environment.

**Minimum Qualifications: **

- Bachelor’s degree

- Demonstrated ability to track actions, meet commitments, and close items without repeated prompting

- Ability to communicate expectations, escalate appropriately, and influence across functions

- Ability to apply ISO 9001/ 14001/ 45001 requirements with sound professional judgement and write defensible findings

- Ability to drive alignment across functions through precise audit reports and practical guidance

- Demonstrated expertise in promoting and enforcing environmental compliance and other quality conformance.

- Proficient in information & data collection, verification, and analysis.

- Excellent time-management and organizational skills; disciplined & detail-oriented.

- Ability to work independently with minimum guidance.

- Constructive advocacy, influence & negotiation skills, at all levels as well as across cultures.

- Project Management (PMP or Agile) a plus.

- Professional certifications ISO Lead Auditor preferred

- Excellent written and communication skills in English

**Responsibilities: **

- Develop and implement processes and workflows for global compliance as it pertains to Lam

- Support all business groups in order to realize Lam's goals and objectives for ISO certifications.

- Provide management systems controls training on quality, and environmental, health & safety, compliance and basic quality / environmental / health & safety fundamentals, as required.

- Work with quality/EHS and technical teams to implement ISO compliant management systems

- Collaborate with teams to document processes/ flows and to correct discrepant business processes critical to ISO certification

- Develop systems to ensure quality performance and continuous improvement of the established and reconciled processes.

- Support and participate in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, & 45001 conformance internal & external audits

- Ensure audit results are formally recorded and reported and corrective and preventive actions are documented.

- Follow up and collaborate with team members on corrective actions resulting from internal / external audits

- Evaluate applicable corrective and preventive action responses to the audit findings for adequacy and timeliness. Elevate issues to management as appropriate.

- Assist in the establishment of management systems' metrics

- Drive continuous improvement of the integrated Quality, and EH&S Management Systems.

At Lam, as a Buyer, you play a pivotal role in our procurement process. **What You’ll Do**

- Review, analyze and process purchase requisitions and quotations for materials, components, capital equipment and services.

- Manage purchase orders and changes based on demand.

- Manage purchase order (PO) releases to meet demand requirements.

- Build key supplier relationships to review open action items, performance, demand forecast, and cost reductions.

**Who We’re Looking For**

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field with 2+ years of experience; or equivalent experience.

- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,).

- Working knowledge or experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other procurement related tools.

- Communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

- This is a graduate eligible role.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience in the semiconductor industry or other high-tech industries.

- Foundational understanding of commodity market indicators and technical data.

- Excellent negotiation skills to achieve best value pricing.
