**Help lead the future growth and development of Branson. **

**In this role, you'll guide complex planning initiatives, shape community development, **

**and play a key leadership role in the City's long-term vision. **

**What You'll Do **

- Serve as the **primary planning contact ** for major development projects, coordinating with applicants, departments, outside agencies, and community stakeholders.

- Oversee preparation of **staff reports, public hearing materials, notices, presentations, and meeting agendas ** for boards and commissions.

- **Review development plans ** and conduct inspections to ensure projects comply with zoning regulations, approved plans, and development standards.

- Provide **technical guidance and support ** to planning staff while helping improve processes, customer service, and development review workflows.

**What are the Minimum Qualifications to be considered? **

- A High School diploma or a General Education Diploma (GED) equivalent.

- Graduation from an institution of higher learning that is regionally accredited through the U.S. Department of Education with a bachelor's degree

- in **Architecture/Landscape, Urban Planning **or closely related field.

- **Five (5) years ** of experience in planning or urban design.

**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: ** The starting salary range is $60,084.37 - $71,500 annually.
