The Safety, Health and Education Administrative Coordinator is a **part-time (25–30 hours per week) ** role responsible for supporting the administrative and operational needs of the Safety, Health and Education Department. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficiency, compliance, and financial sustainability of departmental programs through coordination, tracking, and reporting activities.

**Major Responsibilities**

**Administrative & Program Support**

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Safety, Health and Education Department

- Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and documentation for department initiatives

- Maintain program records, files, and documentation in compliance with organizational and donor standards

- Support communication and coordination across program teams

**Quality Assurance & Program Monitoring**

- Assist in tracking and maintaining quality assurance metrics across departmental programs

- Support ongoing program monitoring and evaluation processes

- Compile and prepare data reports to support program outcomes and continuous improvement efforts

- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory or grant requirements

**Financial & Budget Management Support**

- Assist with invoice processing and tracking expenditures

- Provide administrative support for budget management systems

- Monitor program-related expenses and assist in reconciling budgets

- Support development of program budgets, including data collection and documentation

**Grants & Funding Support**

- Assist in grant writing activities, including drafting, editing, and compiling required documentation

- Help track grant deliverables, deadlines, and reporting requirements

- Support funding research and contribute to efforts that sustain and expand departmental programs

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in public health, business administration, education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- Experience with data tracking, reporting, and maintaining systems

**Preferred**

- Experience supporting public health, safety, youth or adult education, or community-based programs

- Familiarity with quality assurance or program evaluation processes

The Regional Manager, Affordable Housing is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community portfolio. - Ensure staff leasing techniques are effective in obtaining closure, follow up procedures met, signing/documentation of leases, and reporting systems are accurate and up to date

- Deal with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction

- Develop and implement resident retention programs (i.e., resident functions, special promotions, monthly newsletter, etc.)

- Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents

Administrative & Maintenance Management

- Ensure all administrative & leasing reporting is accurate, complete, and submitted on a timely basis

- Assist with the emergency team for the property; ensures proper response and handling of all property emergencies with staff, residents, buildings, etc. within company guidelines to minimize liability

- Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness of maintenance staff

- Maintain property appearance and ensure repairs are noted and completed on a timely basis (this requires regular property inspections and tours)

- Plan for and utilize property resources, equipment and supplies economically (i.e., obtaining bids/pricing from vendors, suppliers, and contractors, dealing with inadequate service, etc.)

- Give direction to and monitor maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation activities to ensure quality and expediency (i.e., “walk” units to ensure make-ready and work orders are completed)

Travel

- This position entails travel, estimated at 25-50% of work time annually. Travel may be required for property visits, conferences, training sessions, or other business-related activities.

**Education & Experience**

- Affordable housing experience which includes LIHTC

- Prior experience as a Regional Manager

- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred

Working under supervision or in partnership with physicians, the ARNP participates in the care of individuals, families, and patient populations affected by cancer, hereditary conditions, or related diagnoses. Responsibilities include prevention, screening, clinical management, and research, with an emphasis on genetic risk assessment and counseling. This position will function as a direct care provider and patient educator, while maintaining compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards. Supports and adheres to Cancer Care Northwest/US Oncology Compliance Program, including Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

**Responsibilities**

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for oncology and hereditary risk patients.

- Initiate and document appropriate interventions; prescribe therapies as indicated.

The Administrative Assistant will support the Immigration Team communicating with clients, entering data into a case manage system, maintaining electronic files, and performing other administrative tasks. **Major Responsibilities**

-  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IRC in Spokane case acceptance policies, which include enrollment eligibility criteria across immigration legal services programs and grants.

-  Schedule appointments for immigration clients with legal assistants, legal representatives, and/or attorneys; follow up with clients through reminder text messages and/or phone calls.

Project Engineer – Airports | Design and deliver civil engineering airport infrastructure, including runways, taxiways, aprons, terminal expansions, and site development from concept through construction.

THE ROLE

As a Civil Project Engineer (Airports), you will design and deliver essential civil engineering airport infrastructure for landside and airside projects such as taxiways, runways, terminal expansions, and site development, while building toward technical leadership and project ownership. - Support the Engineer of Record in preparing design packages and technical documentation

- Prepare technical reports, specifications, memorandums, and cost estimates

**Job Summary**

The **College of Health Science and Public Health (CHSPH) **at Eastern Washington University (EWU) invites applications for a tenure-track **Associate or Full Professor of Public Health **in the Department of Public Health and Health Services Administration (PHHA) to begin **September 16, 2026.**

Eastern is a regional, comprehensive university where all faculty are expected to demonstrate teaching excellence, professional growth, and service to the university, profession, and the community. The primary teaching area for this position will be public health in the graduate program. An ongoing research program and service to the university, college, and department are also required for tenure-track appointments. Responsibilities in this position include teaching and supervising student internships in community-based organizations.

The candidate selected for this position will be expected to engage in online learning, pursuit of grants, program assessment, and will be involved in facilitation of accreditation with the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH).

The Department of Public Health and Health Administration (PHHA) has programs that are housed in Eastern’s residential campus in Cheney, WA and in the Catalyst Building located in the University District in downtown Spokane, WA. The department offers three fully online accelerated-format graduate degrees and certificates, a Master of Public Health (MPH), a Graduate Certificate in Public Health, and a Graduate Certificate in Health Services Administration. The department also offers hybrid undergraduate programs that includes in the B.S. Public Health, B.A. Health Services Administration and a minor in Health Services Management.

The college and department prepare students from all populations and communities to meet the growing market demand in the critical fields of health care and education. The college is home to several nationally accredited undergraduate and graduate programs with an increased focus on inter-professional education (IPE), and expanding representation in the healthcare fields. **Required Qualifications**

Candidates must demonstrate qualifications consistent with **CEPH faculty standards **, including appropriate academic preparation, teaching competence, and scholarly engagement in public health including:

- An earned doctoral degree in Public Health (PhD, DrPH, ScD, or equivalent) or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution

- Minimum of six (6) years of experience as a core faculty member in a Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH) accredited Master of Public Health program at a 4-year university or college

- A record of academic achievement sufficient to merit appointment at the rank of Associate Professor, including evidence of successful performance in teaching, scholarship, and service.

- Experience in academic program administration or other leadership roles

- Experience participating in the CEPH reaccreditation

- Demonstrated engagement in discipline-specific professional organizations at the state and national/international levels

- Demonstrated excellence in teaching graduate and undergraduate public health courses, with evidence of instructional effectiveness and student advising/mentoring

**Responsibilities**

Position responsibilities include teaching graduate level courses to MPH majors in an accelerated online format, consistent with expertise and department needs, advising MPH students, active participation in research and scholarship activities, and service to the university, community, and profession. A Faculty Activity Plan will be developed by the end of the first quarter of the appointment. Additionally, all faculty are expected to:

- engage in effective teaching and assessment of student learning,

- meet all scheduled classes,

- plan, organize and inform students of the course content, texts, readings, assignments, attendance regulations and methods of evaluation including grading scales,

- schedule and attend office hours,

- turn in grades according to established deadlines,

- advise students on Department, College and University requirements and career opportunities,

- supervise students in laboratory and simulated learning experiences,

- collaborate with faculty to design high-quality focused experiential learning activities, and

- facilitate relevancy between department curriculum and industry needs.

**Practicum Coordinator Duties Include**

- Develop and manage practicum sites

- Provide orientation to students to prepare them for practicum experience

- Advise students for practicum placement

- Provide support for students in preparing for practicum experiences

- Oversee student performance and provide support while in practicum placement

- Work collaboratively with the department Chair to maintain currency of practicum materials

- Use Canvas to communicate information to students

- Serve as the academic advisor for students when in practicum placements

- Track and monitor student progress while in practicum placements

Typical workload for this position will involve 36 credits per academic year (80% of the workload), subject to department needs.

Responsibilities will consist of teaching, research, service and/or release time to perform administrative duties, as negotiated and as needed to meet the business needs of the department.

Additionally, all faculty are expected to engage in effective teaching and assessment of student learning.
