**Job Summary**

Dick Anderson Construction is seeking a **Senior Project Manager ** to lead **large, complex commercial construction projects ** in Sheridan, WY.

This role represents the **highest level of project management within the company ** and is responsible for the successful delivery of **high-revenue, multi-phase projects ** from preconstruction through closeout. The Senior Project Manager sets the strategic direction of assigned projects, maintains executive-level client relationships, and oversees project teams to ensure performance in safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

This position is best suited for a **proven construction leader ** with a track record of successfully managing **large-scale projects and multiple project teams simultaneously **.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide overall leadership and direction for large, high-value construction projects

- Manage and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership

- Maintain direct relationships with owners, architects, and key stakeholders

- Oversee project financial performance, including budget, forecasting, and cost control

- Lead contract negotiations, risk management, and change order strategy

- Ensure successful execution from preconstruction through final completion

- Collaborate with executive leadership on project strategy and resource planning

**Minimum Qualifications (Required)**

- 10+ years of construction project management experience

- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects (e.g., $20M+ or similar complexity)

- Proven ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneously

- Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and profitability

- Experience working directly with owners and high-level stakeholders

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience with projects in healthcare, education, or complex commercial sectors

- Background working for a general contractor of similar size and scope

- Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability across teams
