As a Security Officer at Town and Country Resort, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, team members, and property. **Responsibilities**

- Patrol resort grounds, public areas, meeting space, and back-of-house areas to ensure safety and security

- Respond to and report all incidents including accidents, medical situations, suspicious behavior, or property damage

- Monitor surveillance cameras, fire control panels, and security systems

- Enforce resort rules and regulations in a calm and professional manner

- Assist in emergency situations (evacuations, fire alarms, guest injuries) with a proactive and composed approach

- Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports and security logs

- Work closely with front office, engineering, and banquet teams during high-traffic events

- Escort guests and employees as needed to ensure safety

- Support lost and found procedures and guest service needs related to security

- Assist with crowd control during large conventions, weddings, and events

- Uphold confidentiality and privacy of guest and company information

**Qualifications**

- Valid Guard Card required

- CPR/First Aid certification preferred

- Prior experience in hotel/resort security or law enforcement is a plus

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Professional appearance and demeanor required at all times

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflict with tact and professionalism

- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and special events Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the shift (up to 8+ hours)

- Must be able to climb stairs, walk throughout the 39-acre property, and respond quickly to emergencies

- Occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs

- Must be able to operate radios, phones, and computers
