**Role Summary: **

We are seeking an experienced Tax professional to oversee portfolio-level tax compliance and planning across approximately 100 entities. This role will manage year-end tax returns with external CPA firms, oversee investor tax reporting (including K-1 distribution), handle state and local tax compliance, and provide proactive tax planning strategies to optimize returns. The ideal candidate will serve as the internal tax lead, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic tax guidance across the organization.

**Key Requirements: **

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or related field

- CPA required or actively pursuing

- 5–8+ years of tax experience (real estate/private equity preferred)

- Strong partnership taxation and multi-entity structure experience

- Experience with cost segregation, 1031 exchanges, and investor K-1 reporting

- Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations

- Experience working with external CPA firms and advanced Excel skills

**Key Responsibilities: **
