This role will be located at the Copper World Project, approximately 45 minutes southwest of Tucson near Sahuarita, Arizona. In addition, the Geologist will have to spend some weeks on the Mason Project in Yerington, Nevada, 1.5 hours driving from Reno airport.

- Perform detailed logging of drill core using tablets or laptops, recording lithology, alteration, structures, veining, and mineralization.

- Ensuring drill rigs are properly orientated as specified by the Senior Mine Geologist or designate.

- Coordinating with the Chief Mine Geologist or Senior Geologist, make decisions on ending drill holes or deepening drill holes based on results and drilling conditions.

- As needed, also records geotechnical data including RQD, rock hardness, and magnetic susceptibility.

- As needed, geologic field mapping and sample collection.

- Confirm that core sampling by core cutters is done in a way that maximizes safety and quality. Drill database updates and validation.

- Understands and uses computer software and applications associated with geological assignments.

- Blast holes sampling basic experience.

- Complies with Company's Safety Awareness program, office and or field safety policies.

- Performs daily safety audits at drill rig sit.

**Purpose Of Role**

Reporting to the Senior Geotechnical Engineer, the Mine Hydrogeologist will assist the project by collecting, processing, and interpreting data. The work environment provides a diverse experience working with various professionals from different departments with responsibilities outside and in-office.

**Role Accountabilities**

-  Support the senior geotechnical engineer with the feasibility study by critically assessing the technical and financial aspects of the project.

-  Independently performs routine work such as: collecting and assessing hydrogeological data, identifying hazards, site inspections and reports, coordinating with staff and consultants.

-  Review and perform borehole testing such as packer, airlift, pump, and injection tests.

-  Collect and assess monitoring data.

-  QA/QC hydrogeological and geotechnical data.

-  Read technical reports and provide summaries of the contents.

-  Assist with developing ground water monitoring plans and data collection systems.

-  Provide support on projects related to the hydrology and geotechnical program.

-  Complete workplace examinations identifying safety hazards.

-  Bachelor of Engineering or Science in Hydrology, Mining, Civil, Geological, Geotechnical, or related engineering/science discipline is required.

**Purpose Of Role**

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Technical Services, the Senior Geotechnical Engineer will assist with coordinating engineering and procurement improvement activities for different projects and technical support operations. The position will also oversee Mining designs, Mine plans, Mining facilities, and other earthworks related to the operation .

**Role Accountabilities**

The candidate will be expected to perform the following tasks using their professional expertise:

-  Participate in engineering feasibility studies to determine the required studies for mine-site facilities, capital and operating costs, and manpower needs.

-  Prepare technical reports (geotechnical reports/soil reports) to assist in the structural design for various projects.

-  Provide support in the design of geotechnical works, soil structures, and civil structures, including foundation design and pile design.

-  Assist in evaluating and interpreting data from geotechnical instrumentation and testing programs and offer design recommendations for structural foundations.

-  Make design, engineering, and construction recommendations, adaptations, and modifications.

-  Develop budgets for supervised areas, ensure adherence to budgets, oversee large capital projects, and manage external consultants and contractors.

**Minimum Qualifications And Education**

-  Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Geological, Civil, or Geotechnical engineering.

-  +10 years of experience in mining and construction.

-  Exposure to geotechnical software (Slide, MinePlan, etc)

-  Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

**Job Overview**

As a Field Merchandiser, you'll have the opportunity to work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, your ability to establish retailer relationships, while being the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels as well as support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations, when needed. - Your starting hourly pay rate will be $15.50 to $16.50 depending on your skills and experience.

**Your Role And Responsibilities Will Include**

You'll perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers. The retail merchandiser position consists of three major components:

- Day-to-day engagement: Utilizing a mobile device provided by Hallmark, you'll restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department. The use of technology is critical in this role, for the day-to-day work as well as communication with your supervisor, reporting time, providing feedback, and answering surveys for required merchandising activities. Professional and courteous interaction with store employees, management, and customers is also vital for success in this role. You are responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at your assigned stores.

- Holiday support: Hallmark's operations revolve around seasonal demand. Leading up to and following holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, you can expect additional days and extended hours during the work week. On occasions like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day, you may be required to work on the actual holiday itself, which may include the weekend.

- Department Resets: At times, you may be part of a team responsible for installations and various tasks like building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, as well as resetting card sections. Typically, you will be notified two weeks in advance for remodel assignments. This could include evenings or weekend.
