**About The Job**

This position is responsible for building an immediate rapport and connection with potential customers, lead qualification, and ensuring that potential customers are accurately assessed, qualified, documented, and directed to the appropriate team(s). Customers must feel cared for at every step of this process and trust that this exceptional level of service will continue once they are handed off to their respective agency partner.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly build rapport while adapting techniques to various customer types. Successful candidates will guide customers through a checklist of information, confirm data points, and ensure that all relevant details are documented and passed along to the necessary personnel in a timely manner. They will do all this while keeping the conversation engaging, informative, and enjoyable. We are selling world class outdoor playgrounds and bringing joy to thousands of children, families, and communities around the world. This spirit of joy must come through in each customer interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Brand, Product, and Process Knowledge: Learn the nuances of each Outdoor Playground brand you are representing and be able to share these key differentiators with confidence. You much have an attitude of passion on learning about these products and the associated processes to bring them to a community.

- Lead Qualification: Engage with potential customers positively, professionally, and joyfully to assess their needs and determine their suitability for our products/services.

- Information Gathering: Collect and record detailed information from customers, following a structured checklist. Ensure accuracy and completeness in data handling.

- Customer Interaction: Quickly build rapport, adjusting techniques for a variety of different customer types while creating a positive and professional impression.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and information in the CRM system and Helpdesk. Regularly update and review data to ensure accuracy and relevance.

- Reporting: Diligently work towards goals knowing that you are the initial touch point. Aim to give the highest level of service so customers leave feeling confident.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other team(s) and departments to ensure seamless handoff of leads and information.

- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and issues, providing solutions, suggestions, or directing them to the appropriate resources.

- Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development. Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications**

- Experience: Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment is preferred.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly and concisely document information, asking follow-up questions when necessary.

- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, detail, and quick action in data handling and communication.

- Rapport Building: Ability to quickly establish a connection with various customer types and understand their needs.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry processes. Ability to learn high-level nuances of a technical physical product and project requirements.

- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected situations.

- Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with others to achieve common goals.
