**Job Description**

The **Senior Director (Sr. Principal Scientist) ** has primary responsibility for the strategic planning and directing clinical research activities involving investigational compounds in Immunology. Under the guidance of a senior leader, the Principal Scientist (Director), Outcomes Research—Women’s Cancer will be a leader in the team responsible for a tumor-level evidence strategy and plan. - Maintain awareness of new scientific and methodological developments within therapeutic area.

- Build relationships with scientific experts worldwide.

- Present outcomes research data at national and international congresses and publish articles in scientific journals.

**Required Qualifications, Skills, & Experience**

**Minimum**

- Masters degree (MSc, MPH) in relevant discipline (health services research, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, health economics, pharmacoeconomics, pharmacy administration)

- 1-3 years post degree

**Preferred**

- Doctoral degree (PhD, DrPH, ScD, PharmD) in relevant discipline (health services research, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, health economics, pharmacoeconomics, pharmacy administration)

The salary range for this role is

$156,900.00 - $247,000.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
