We're hiring a Club Manager for our Aberdeen location — a role built as a hands-on training path into full club leadership for the right person.

We're looking for someone with passion, effort, and the drive to grow into a leadership role at a gym that does things differently.

You don't need to be a fitness pro. You don't need a management résumé. You need to care about people, show up when you say you will, and be coachable enough to learn our system the right way. We'll handle the rest.

**The Role**

As Club Manager, you'll learn every side of how our Aberdeen club runs — from the first handshake at the front desk to the retest that shows a member what their work has produced. This isn't a typical gym manager job. Our club runs on RAMP (Resistance Applied Metabolic Prescription), a structured fitness program that prescribes a real plan for every member, not just the ones who can afford personal training. Your job is to learn that system, deliver it consistently, and lead a small team that does the same.

This is a low-pressure sales environment. We don't push memberships or hard-sell upgrades. We introduce members to a program that works, explain it clearly, and let the results do the rest.

**What You'll Do**

**Learn the Club Inside and Out ** – Work alongside ownership and experienced staff to learn every side of club operations: member onboarding, front-desk flow, RAMP delivery, team scheduling, and the daily habits that keep a club running well.

**Own the Member Experience ** – Be the face of the club. Greet members by name, check in on their progress, and make sure every person who walks in feels like they belong there — from the retiree rebuilding strength to the first-timer who's nervous to be there.

**Deliver RAMP ** – Walk prospective and new members through the RAMP process as an educational conversation, not a sales pitch. Help them understand what we're asking them to do and why it works.

**Lead a Small Team ** – Support, train, and hold your staff accountable to delivering the same high-quality experience on every shift — including the hours ownership isn't on-site.

**Keep Members, Don't Just Sign Them ** – Track member progress, identify members who are slipping away, and re-engage them before they cancel. We grow by keeping people, not chasing new ones.

**Tours and Introductions ** – Provide friendly, no-pressure tours for prospective members, focusing on how the gym and RAMP can help them reach their goals — not on closing a sale.

**Maintain the Standard ** – Keep the club clean, welcoming, and operationally sharp. The standard is what a Moore County member should expect.

**Job Overview**

The Field Service Engineer Technician in the Power Tools and Lifting division is responsible for the full life cycle of the equipment to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction. This encompasses supporting the sales team to grow the business, collaborating with service coordination, and managing a Field Service Technician team that installs, repairs and maintains all PTL products in the field. The Field Service Engineer has responsibility for installation, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing assembly tools and related systems at customer sites.

- Install and configure assembly tools and systems according to specifications. Perform start-up and operational checks to ensure proper functionality.

- Provide on-site technical assistance and training to customers. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and software issues on assembly tools.

**Summary**

The primary purpose of this position is to safely transport passengers to and from airports and on property to and from condos, hotels and amenities.

**EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE**

High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 5 years related experience operating a licensed motor vehicle required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in hospitality and/or customer service preferred.

**Essential Duties And Responsibilities**

- This position involves driving a company vehicle and/or company insured vehicle. A valid driver’s license is required, along with successful completion of a pre-employment Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and annual MVRs, according to company guidelines. Follow safe, defensive driving practices at all times, obey all traffic laws, regulations, signals and markings, use a seat belt, and follow Company policies and procedures, including the Substance Abuse Policy. Never drive while under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medications that may impair your ability to operate a vehicle safely, report any accidents immediately and cooperate fully with insurance claims investigations.

- Log assigned vehicle daily.

- Safely transport guests to and from airport and on property locations.

- Promptly respond to shuttle calls and provide transportation to guests throughout resort property.

- Wear and maintain the cleanliness of assigned uniform, including assigned headset.

- Complete a full vehicle inspection at the beginning and end of each vehicle assignment/shift to include fuel level, cleanliness, and any physical damage to the vehicle. Clean and replenish fuel as needed. Report low fuel level or physical damage to vehicle prior to driving.

- Immediately report to the Director of Transportation any accidents, speeding tickets or any other driving-related violation.

- Confirm all details of the next day’s work schedule with the Transportation Coordinator or Supervisor.

- Double check tickets and assignments upon arrival at work each day.

- Play designated DVD(s) for guests arriving from the airports.

- Prepare a cooler with bottled water for airport transfers.

- Assist guests with luggage and golf clubs.

- Attending Departmental Meetings.

**Physical Demands**

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk and hear, stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move large quantities of golf bags up to 75 pounds. Individuals must be able to load and unload luggage. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Driving during non-daylight hours is a requirement. This includes early morning, pre-dawn and after sunset.

This position requires the ability to wear a headset for radio communication.
