The Production Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of creative projects by serving as the central hub for all production logistics. This position requires a highly organized and proactive professional who can manage complex schedules, coordinate travel and on-site needs, track budgets and administrative details, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and freelancers. Acting as the key point of communication between internal stakeholders and production teams, the coordinator helps align expectations, streamline workflows, and keep projects on time and within scope. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in the production lifecycle, strong technical and project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities **

The coordinator acts as the central hub for all project logistics:

- **Project Scheduling **: Developing and updating production timelines, ensuring milestones are met across pre-production, shooting, and post-production.

- **Logistics & Travel **: Coordinating all off-site needs, including booking travel and accommodations for cast and crew, securing location permits, and arranging catering.

- **Budget & Administrative Tracking **: Managing production paperwork like call sheets, insurance forms, and talent releases. They also track expenses and process invoices to keep projects within scope.

- **Resource Management **: Sourcing and managing relationships with outside vendors, freelancers, and equipment rental houses.

- **Communication Hub **: Serving as the primary point of contact between internal and external stakeholders (like marketing or sales) and the production crew to relay expectations and gather approvals.

**Required Skills and Qualifications **

- **Experience **: Typically 2+ years of professional experience in video/audio/design production or project management.

- **Technical Knowledge **: A strong understanding of the video production lifecycle and familiarity with industry-standard equipment.
