Supports are offered through a variety of activities that develop life, socialization, motor, and adaptive skill sets.

The ID-Day Program is looking for candidates who are looking to make a difference in the lives of persons who are intellectually disabled. The Employment Supports Specialist help coordinate and manage training and supports in line with each consumer's existing needs and targeted service goals. Their responsibilities include planning and overseeing consumer activities, implementing program policies, and developing Individual Service Plan (ISP) for the consumer. Our ideal applicant will have a strong background composing and updating individual service plans of persons with intellectual disabilities.

COMHAR offers three different training programs to meet individuals' varying level of need and setting preference. Programs include developmental training to teach basic skills, facility-based vocational training, community-based instruction, and supported employment.

**Position Summary **

The Recruitment Specialist works closely with the Workforce Director to plan departmental recruitment efforts and strategies to advance the goals of the Public Health Infrastructure Grant (PHIG). May coordinate meeting logistics.

- Collaborate with external case managers to secure new, appropriate care outside of Bancroft for individuals being discharged.

- Schedules therapies for newly admitted individuals

- Audit clinical records of individuals served that are maintained in the program.

- Utilize the change form process to communicate with billing and finances any changes in services and insurances.

- Utilize the re-authorization process for securing authorization for MLTSS.

- Ensure outcome assessments are completed and entered into CCP.

- Ensure care plan for services is up to date and Services are provided based on Care Plans.

- In collaboration with either the IDT or TDT, develops data collection systems to monitor established goals for persons served, determine need for improvements or modifications, adjustment of goal criteria, etc.;

**Job Description Summary**

The Web Developer will join a team that conceptualizes, designs, and builds websites at Penn's School of Arts & Sciences. This is an entry-level position suited for candidates who have foundational experience with web development, content management systems, and basic command-line workflows. **Job Description**

The Web Developer will assist with content management system site building, basic theming, and the maintenance of git-managed code repositories. This position requires foundational web development skills, familiarity with Drupal or a comparable CMS, and the ability to work effectively with command-line tools including Git and Composer. Working under the Web Team leader, the Web Developer will participate in various phases of the website development process, including site building, content entry, QA testing, and ongoing maintenance tasks.

**Responsibilities/Duties**

- Assist in the development, migration, deployment, and maintenance of CMS-based websites

- Perform site-building tasks in Drupal, including content type configuration, views, and basic module management

- Use Git for version control, including committing changes, working with branches, and submitting pull requests

- Use Composer to manage Drupal dependencies and module updates under supervision

- Participate in QA testing and help identify and report bugs prior to and after launch

- Assist with training and technical support for content editors and stakeholders
