Our work ranges from intricate historic renovations to large-scale ground-up estates, and we partner with some of the most respected architects, designers, and craftspeople in the industry. We are a small, talented team that works closely together — and we take tremendous pride in the relationships we build, both with our clients and with each other.

**What to Expect **

This is a full-time, in-office and on-site role in Palm Beach County, Florida. You will work directly alongside the Principals and collaborate with a capable, close-knit team that genuinely enjoys what they do. We move quickly, we hold ourselves to a high standard, and we believe that outstanding client service is the foundation of everything we build.

**What You Will Do **

**• **Manage all project phases for luxury custom residential builds, from pre-construction through closeout

**• **Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans

**• **Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and design consultants — including MEP, Civil, and Structural

**• **Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and owner pay applications in a timely and organized manner

**• **Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, progress, and safety

**• **Keep accurate, well-organized project files and maintain clear communication with the whole team

**• **Provide weekly status updates to the Executive PM and Principals

**• **Assist with pre-construction activities and estimating support as needed

**What We Are Looking For **

**• **5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in luxury residential

**• **Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred

**• **Comfort with Procore, , or similar project management platforms

**• **Solid command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

**• **Good understanding of construction contracts, building codes, and permitting

**• **Strong organizational habits and an ability to manage multiple priorities at once

**• **Clear, professional communication — both written and verbal

**• **A collaborative spirit and a genuine interest in delivering exceptional work
