**Role Description **

As a Real Estate Agent at Sundial Real Estate, you will play a key role in assisting clients with buying and selling properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, showing properties, negotiating contracts, and providing top-notch customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing real estate listings and building lasting client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Orlando, FL, with opportunities to work both in-office and remotely.

**Qualifications **

- Valid and active Real Estate License is required

- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transactions

- Exceptional Customer Service and Sales skills

- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation abilities

- Familiarity with Orlando and Central Florida real estate markets

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a hybrid office/home environment

- Reliable transportation and flexibility to attend client meetings and showings

- Experience with real estate technology platforms is a plus
