**Civil Litigation Attorney (1500 Billables) **

📍 Omaha, Nebraska

A dynamic and growing full-service law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join its Omaha office. Role Overview

- Handle a broad range of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution

- Manage cases involving commercial disputes, real estate litigation, probate/trust disputes, and other complex matters

- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

- Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in trial preparation

- Collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategy

Qualifications

- J.D. from an accredited law school

- Licensed in Nebraska

- 5+ years of civil litigation experience preferred

- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

- Ability to independently manage cases while working within a team

**Compensation & Benefits: **

- The annual salary for this position is between **$120,000 to $170,000 **-- Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

- **Bonus Structure: ** Annual (discretionary) and 25% Origination

- PTO 3 weeks
