We are looking for a **Performance Creative Strategist ** who combines the analytical brain of a media buyer with the storytelling instincts of a copywriter.

Reporting directly to our Senior Creative Director**, ** you will be the architect of our creative testing roadmap. Your job is not to "make things look pretty." Your job is to analyze why an ad is working (or failing), hypothesize new angles, and write the detailed briefs that empower our design team to produce winning assets for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
